Success in accounting firm M&A is not just a function of price and
terms. It is about balancing egos, realistic expectations, priorities,
consensus, strategies, compromise, competition and perspective. Getting
a merger or acquisition done the right way is a methodical and
disciplined process that integrates objective and emotional barometers.
This session will focus on: learning how to structure the best deal for
your practice – no matter which side of the table you sit on – and the
vital steps for a successful implementation. These steps include:
building a pyramid of priorities, establishing expectations for what you
want to achieve, assessing synergies between two firms, valuation of the
