members by making it EASY and FUN for both
parties.

The Program
MACPA reviews your application to see if there would be a good pairing (mentor or mentee) for you. As a pair, you determine how often and how you’d like to meet. We suggest initially committing to meet at least monthly and then see how the relationship develops. But that’s up to you!
Some mentor/mentee pairs meet virtually, while other meet at offices or coffee
shops. MACPA will provide topics and ideas to discuss to guide your time together.
