The long-awaited Tangible Property Regulations are now final and are
effective for 2014 tax returns. This course will help CPAs to become
comfortable with the regulations and new requirements. We will cover the
significant changes from existing rules, review examples, and discuss
how to address these issues with clients. Most importantly, we will
discuss what needs to be filed, and how new elections should be made.
