The session will cover an overview of valuation in insolvencies both
pre- and post-chapter 11. We will discuss the purpose and timing of
valuation analyses, the methodology and best practices/pitfalls. We will
also cover unique issues surrounding valuation of companies in
industries currently facing economic headwinds such as energy, biotech,
technology, consumer/retail.
