The Positivity Link 6B: Operational Definition of Trust (Practicum) (17W0017-14)

Description

A natural accelerant to growth, whether of a team, organization or
community, is the presence of trust. But how do we define this except by
its absence? The Operational Definition of Trust is a conceptual model
highlighting the four cornerstones of trusting relationships and
providing a means by which to establish a common definition of the
behaviors that contribute to trust rather than those that erode it. If
you are seeking to create new relationships, or repair existing ones,
the Operational Definition of Trust will provide a pragmatic and solid
foundation for doing this wisely.
