The Positivity Link 3A: Thought Bridging (Practicum) (17W0003-14)

Description

Do you ever wonder why you don’t get the results you are intending? Or
why, even when the idea is a good one, you can’t stick to the behavior
you know will get you what you want? This live coaching session
demonstrates the “Thought Bridging” technique, a P.link self-coaching
tool, which allows us to see the cascade between our thinking and the
results we get in the world. Developing the skill of bridging over from
thoughts that don’t serve us well to those that do will become a
cornerstone of your ability to maximize the benefits of positive
emotion, better manage yourself, and change your future.

Learning Objectives
  1. Having completed the webinar, participants will be able to complete the P.link Thought Bridging self-coaching tool, including insight questions, on their own.
  2. This webcast provides an example of the “Thought Bridging” technique being used and is designed to be a supplement to the P.link Leadership Course tool Thought Bridging.
