Description

This session will enable participants to more effectively motivate
employees, bring about performance excellence, retain top workers and
thereby reduce unwanted turnover. (Available in 4 or 8-hour sessions)

Learning Objectives
  1. Participants will learn to develop behavioral performance standards using the facilitator’s Iceberg Theory and will learn how to eliminate actions which contribute to losing their top performers
