Leadership Inside Out: Discovering the Leader Within (170025-14)

Description

Leadership begins within. Effective leaders understand their own
personalities and the leadership styles that work best with them. They
have a personal mission and a vision that functions like a compass,
guiding the choices they make. Great leaders know how to earn the trust
of their peers and subordinates, and how to use that trust to meet the
challenges their teams face. This course is designed to help develop
this vital leadership foundation for yourself. This course is also
available in a 4-hour format.

  1. Understand your personal foundation for leadership
  2. Learn ways to apply it to improve the way you do your job
  3. Learn approaches to developing direct reports
