This innovative new program presents a refreshing way of teaching
financial subjects through a problem-solving case study format. While
most other programs use primarily lecture, this program relies totally
on solving problems through case studies. Some of the financial problems
tackled will include financial and operating leverage, increasing
department efficiency, planning, and the proper use of metrics. During
the program, finance professionals will have an opportunity to face real
and simulated problems and then work in small groups to come up with the
best solutions. These will be practical problems that are found in an
organizational setting every day, and the participants will have the
opportunity to hear several different approaches to solutions.
