Description

This course will be divided into two sections: one focusing on the
Affordable Care Act & related IRS Reporting Requirements. The other
section will focus on Payroll Updates for 2015 and 2016, with discussion
of minimum wage changes, common year-end adjustments and year-end
payroll tax processes.

Learning Objectives
  1. Attendees will learn how to estimate firm size for IRS ACA reporting requirements as well as what triggers employer penalties
  2. They will also learn more about recent minimum wage changes and other important year-end tax reminders
