This course is designed for Business Owners, CFO’s, Controllers and
Public Accountants interested in gaining additional insight into
financial decision making from within an organization. The objective of
this seminar is to become familiar with financial and managerial
accounting and to help YOU improve your understanding of financial
information and what information banks and bonding companies need to
work with your company as a business partner.

  2. A review of the “authoritative bodies” controlling the format of the information
  3. An understanding of the various methods of “analyzing the information”
  4. The reasons why we compile the information the way we do
  5. Review the importance of the work in process report
  6. Gaining an understanding of the borrowing base certificate and its relation to the line of credit
  7. Review of the breakeven analysis for budgeting and finally
  8. Gaining an understanding of WHAT THE NUMBERS MEAN
