have discovered the fraud? Who should have the responsibility of
detecting fraud? Sounds familiar?

*SAS 99 The Auditor and Fraud

We will use case studies, to answer the above infamous questions many
employers, corporations, individuals and companies ask when fraudulent
acts occur in various environments. This innovative and interactive
seminar will discuss the role of the CPA/Auditor in detecting and
reporting fraud, how to handle the reporting process, the auditing
standards and updates (SAS 99) that apply and what to look for during
audits and reviews. CPAs/Auditors will gain insight into the many types
of fraud that occur and how to identify them. We will discuss some
applicable best practices that can easily be incorporated into daily
work and your role as a professional and partner in the prevention and
deterrence of fraud. *Embezzlement

Awareness for those in the accounting field

We will talk about what we should look out for while auditing. Case
studies and videos will help us understand the basic things to look for
as you work with your clients.
