Beach Retreat: Operational Analysis and the Internal Environment

Operational plans represent one out of three components of integrated business plans. This course will provide a high level overview of contemporary trends and techniques that are employed by business managers to define, manage, and control the operational functions of the firm within the micro-economic environment.
