The Bounce is a concept that shows the shifts needed to make the transition from individual contributor to supervisor and leader.

9:00   Data Analytics: Best Practices for Emerging Leaders – In this session, participants will receive an overview of introductory and advanced data analytics tools that they can apply in their organizations. This includes a demonstration of popular data analytics software used in the accounting industry, tips and tricks for working with data, and documentation best practices.

11:30  Flipped Classroom / Working Lunch: Communication & Career Development – As part of registration, participants will receive two 1hr on demand courses on Communication and Career Development. We will use this time to discuss and apply the learnings further.
