Our financial and economic course is designed to take 50 key topics for
financial executives and explore them in sufficient depth so that the
CFO/Controller/Financial Executive can take away useful and practical
recommendations dealing with the topic at hand. As the economy continues
to struggle the critical importance of governance and effective
management controls take a more prominent role for the CFO/Controller.
This course provides guidance to the financial executive in dealing with
the financial and accounting issues of these volatile financial markets
that the global economy is currently experiencing. Useful tools will be
explored as it relates to the major risks an organization faces and how
to effectively use those tools in strategic and operational roles of the
CFO/Controller particularly as it relates to HR, dealing with difficult
people and ethics.
