In this session, we will be provide an overview of the ACA, including
most recent legislative changes associated with the law. The course will
highlight the major components of the law, focusing on impacts on the
employer-based market. The course will review the current landscape of
both the small and large group employer market, and the strategies
employers and carriers are utilizing to adapt to the new requirements.
