*1. Have the panelists introduce themselves to the audience and give a
brief overview of their expertise. This way when people want to ask
questions of certain individuals, they will have an idea who to address
their question to. *2. What do you find the most challenging part of
your job and why? *3. When working with CPA’s, what advice would you
give them in terms of the information they should have and perhaps
questions that you might have when reviewing financial information? *4.
In terms of startup businesses, what do you find to be the most
challenging and what advice would you give to small business owners to
help them be more successful in obtaining loans/credit, etc? *5. (This
one would be more to do with our residential lender) What are the
parameters you consider when working with an individual to purchase a
home or to borrow money for a home equity or second mortgage? How much
does the credit rating of an individual count when making loans to a
particular individual? If the individual has declared bankruptcy in the
past, what advice would you give them if they are trying to reestablish
credit?
