The more I use Twitter, the more convinced I am that microblogging will become a valuable business application as time goes on. Let’s face it: It’s quickly becoming a text-messaging world, and microblogging embraces that concept. Ignore it at your own peril.

And if you use Twitter, you’re going to want to use Tweetburner, too. It’s a tool that (a) allows you to shorten links to a more Twitter-friendly length, and (b) track traffic to your Twitter links. I just started using it today, and I’m already addicted.
