FeedI knew the first-ever Maryland Business and Accounting Expo was a hit when Benjamin Bankes showed up.

He’s the mascot for the national Feed the Pig campaign, which encourages Americans to save more money and plan early for retirement. Marylanders who had previously seen him only on TV and in print ads had the opportunity chat with him in person, pose for photos (including the one above with MACPA members Karen Syrylo and Bev Richard) and think more closely about what they’ll do to spread the financial literacy message.
