HB 1137 State Board bill for changing requirements to sit for CPA Exam to a 120/150 model passed the Economic Matters Committee unanimously in a vote late this afternoon. It now goes to a full house vote and then over to Senate.

The Tax Preparer Bill SB 555 has passed both the Senate Education, Health & Environmental Affairs Committee (EHEA) and the full Senate with the amendments we agreed to. It will now move to the House Economic Matters Committee.

No sales tax on services bills or comparative fault legislation this session.
