I don’t have an iPhone yet. Given the costs of the device and its service plan, I might not ever have one. But I have to admit, it looks flippin’ cool.
Many of the early reviews are remarkably similar: The iPhone has its flaws, but it also has some groundbreaking features, is easy to use and has wow-factors to spare. The general consensus is, “Thumbs up, Apple.”
But how does it stack up as a business tool?
The jury’s still out on that one. Not surprisingly, Microsoft says the device is useless as a business tool. That’s a real shocker, right? But others in the business world are also shying away from the iPhone, and its inevitable office invasion has IT managers biting their nails, for a variety of reasons.
