Sometimes wisdom can come from unexpected places. This one comes from a 20-something artist working hard to make it in Austin’s music scene — Kat Edmonson.

Like all her cohorts in the millennial generation, she has a MySpace page with more information. I saw Kat perform while at a meeting in Austin, and she is a very talented artist that does old jazz classics with a voice that is truly amazing.
